What do you do to improve your sleep?

I improve my sleep by going to bed at an early time with no electronics and reading a good book or novel to stimulate and tire the brain into a cool sedative like state for good sleep. The reality is though I do everything to sabotage it. I always go to bed around 11 to 12, and always have a electronic to my face before bed. So, I know my sleep isn’t the best especially considering I’m an early bird, but I do what I can to at least get some hours. I can get away with it because I’m young, but it will catch up to me as I further age soon into my 20’s so I better start developing good habits now then later when it’s tougher.
